<div>Building Kids is seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Teachers to join our 2–3 year old classroom. We are looking for educators who believe the toddler years are meaningful, foundational, and full of opportunity for growth.<br><br>

</div><div>Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Implement daily lesson plans and center curriculum<br><br>
</li>
<li>Guide toddlers using positive behavior strategies<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support social-emotional and developmental milestones<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain professional communication with families<br><br>
</li>
<li>Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies<br><br>
</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with co-teachers and leadership<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Experience with toddlers preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Understanding of developmentally appropriate practice<br><br>
</li>
<li>Dependable and punctual<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong communication skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and grow professionally<br><br>
</li>
<li>CDA, TCC, or related coursework preferred<br><br>
</li>
