Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sitapur for a Building Civil Supervisor. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, and supervising teams for smooth project execution. The selected candidate will also be tasked with coordinating with contractors, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring all work aligns with safety and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively
- Experience in Site Supervision and hands-on expertise with On-Site operations
- Familiarity with Quality Control practices to maintain high standards in project execution
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly on-site
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is highly desirable
- Prior experience in residential or commercial building projects is an advantage
