Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, for the position of Build with Prabhandhan. In this role, you will work on end-to-end project management, including site acquisition, overseeing design and construction, integrating IT and surveillance systems, and implementing digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with clients' goals and timelines, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in real estate procurement, architectural design planning, and infrastructure setup
- Proficiency in IT networking, surveillance systems, and software integration
- Familiarity with professional web design, digital marketing, and media production strategies
- Knowledge of sustainability initiatives, including maintenance contracts and future-proofing infrastructure
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience in commercial real estate, technology systems, or strategic marketing is a plus
