- Design structured workouts appropriate for different fitness levels
- Demonstrate exercises with proper form and technique
- Provide modifications and progressions for participants
- Ensure participant safety and monitor for injuries or improper form
- Motivate and encourage class members to achieve fitness goals
- Maintain class attendance records (if required)
- Set up and clean equipment before and after sessions
- Stay updated on fitness trends and best practices
