Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Budgeting & Scheduling Engineer with experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project budgeting, planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, and progress tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Develop project schedules, work programs, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and track delays against planned schedules.
- Coordinate with site teams, procurement, billing, and execution departments.
- Analyze project costs and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and resources.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in project planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Review drawings, quantities, and technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to project deadlines and budget targets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction planning and budgeting.
- Experience in high-rise/building construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP software preferred.
- Good analytical and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project activities effectively.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidate should have experience in residential/commercial building construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project execution and construction methodologies.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.
