<li>Complete 2 to 3 in home consultations each day</li>
<li>Offer exceptional customer service and expert design advice</li>
<li>Accurately measure windows and place orders for products</li>
<li>Discuss your job details with installers when necessary</li>
<li>Document all sales communications</li>
<li>Respond to emails and phone calls promptly</li>
<li>Follow up on all leads and pending sales to closure</li>
<li>Stay current on Window Treatment trends and product changes</li>
<li>Participate in weekly sales meetings and periodic trainings<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div><strong> Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>2 years of sales experience required with a proven track record of success, experience in design or sales role preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of POS systems and ability to process sales transactions. Experience with SalesForce preferred.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times</li>
<li>Must be comfortable with heights and using ladders</li>
<li>Clean driving record </li>
<li>Honest, Respectful and Service Oriented required</li>
</ul><div>Nice to Have<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of window coverings is desirable</li>
<li>Experience in outside sales is an advantage</li>
<li> Familiarity with remodeling and renovation processes is a plus, must be able to read a tape measurer.</li>
</ul><div>Schedule:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Monday to Friday</li>
<li>Weekends on occasion</li>
</ul><div>Supplemental Pay:<br><br>
