<div>We’re a locally owned Budget Blinds business serving the coast, and we’re growing.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a real income in sales without being stuck behind a desk all day. You’ll be meeting homeowners in their homes, helping them choose window coverings, and closing the sale.<br><br>
</div><div>We’re not looking for someone with a perfect resume. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.<br><br>
</div><div>What the job looks like:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> You’ll run appointments with homeowners (most leads are provided) </li>
<li> Help them choose blinds, shades, shutters, etc. </li>
<li> Measure, design, and sell the project </li>
<li> Follow up and stay organized </li>
</ul><div>About 80% of your appointments are company-generated. The rest is up to you to push your income higher.<br><br>
</div><div>Pay<br><br>
</div><div>This is a commission-based position.<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Most people in this role should expect at least <strong>$80,000+</strong>
</li>
<li> Top performers can do <strong>$120K–$140K+</strong>
</li>
<li> No cap on commissions </li>
</ul><div>If you’re someone who wants control over what you make, this is where that happens.<br><br>
</div><div>Schedule<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Monday–Friday, generally 9–5 </li>
<li> Occasional weekend appointments, but not common </li>
</ul><div>A few important things:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> You will be driving to appointments (reliable vehicle required) </li>
<li> This is in-home sales, so you’ll be working directly with customers </li>
<li> Ladders are sometimes part of the job, so you need to be comfortable with heights </li>
</ul><div>Experience<br><br>
</div><div>Sales or design experience is great, but not required.<br><br>
</div><div>We’ll train the right person. What matters more is attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.<br><br>
