JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Calling students and managing large amounts of phone calls
- Coordinating with students and counsellors
- Identify and assessing student's needs to achieve student satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with students through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to students by using the processes.
- Meet calling deadlines on an everyday basis
- Keeping records of student interactions, through a proper database tracker
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage students
