Human Resources (HR) Specialist

Key responsibilities: 1. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications 2. Handle recruitment and understand the recruitment life cycle 3. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements 4. Perform reference checks as per the need 5. Manage onboarding and new hire process 6. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process 7. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Who can apply: 1. Experience with at least one HR internship 2. Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
