Main tasks Deriving and executing the strategy and mid- to long-term roadmap for the engineering team in charge Building a team and managing the effective growth and performance of engineers in the team Manage team resources to solve problems efficiently Evaluate and analyze business needs to propose and decide on appropriate solutions Anticipate, suggest and implement technical potential problems Drive development and release of highly available and scalable services Design and implement service components for Micro Frontend Architecture Qualifications A person with a major in computer engineering or a similar major Someone with more than 10 years of software development experience Someone with more than 5 years of experience developing and operating frontend services using React, Vue, and Angular Someone with at least 1 year of experience managing a small engineering team Someone with understanding of React and experience leading projects Someone who has experience in understanding and handling CSR, SSR, and ISR Anyone who understands MFA and BFF (Backend For Frontend) Someone with experience in testing and CI/CD of frontend services Preferential treatment Experience managing a mid-sized engineering team Someone with design and development experience in Micro Frontend Architecture Someone with understanding and service experience in handling large volumes of traffic Someone with development experience in agile sprint and MVP unit development processes.
