Position: Bubble Developer – P2P Fundraising App (MVP Ready)
Location: Remote (India)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: ₹100K–₹150K/month.

Our mission is to build digital platforms that support emotional wellness and fundraising at scale. As part of our India-based team, you will help develop a Fundraising Donor Website and enhance two Bubble apps that are key to our global initiatives.

Qualifications
· Strong experience with Bubble.io development (required)
· Ability to design and implement complex workflow logic (conditions, triggers, state transitions)
· Experience working with Bubble database structure (data types, relationships, optimization)
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
· Good communication skills (English)
· Prior experience with logic-heavy applications (gamification, marketplaces, or systems with conditional flows)
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and launch a Fundraising Donor Website using Bubble.io.
· Enhance and maintain two existing Bubble apps, adding new features, workflows, and integrations.
· Implement complex workflow logic including triggers, conditions, and state transitions.
· Translate product requirements into scalable Bubble workflows and database structures.
· Optimize app performance, ensure responsive UI/UX, and troubleshoot issues.
· Implement payment gateways, API integrations, and secure user flows.
· Document workflows, database structure, and updates.
Requirements
· 3+ years of hands-on experience with Bubble.io.
· Proven experience building full-scale applications using Bubble (not just landing pages).
· Strong knowledge of Bubble workflows, custom states, and conditional logic.
· Experience building systems with complex logic (triggers, edge cases, reversals, data dependencies).
· Familiarity with API integration, payment systems, and plugin usage.
· Strong understanding of responsive design and performance optimization.
· Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage priorities.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with third-party integrations (Stripe, Razorpay, or UPI systems).
· Experience building gamified systems, marketplaces, or behavior-driven platforms.
· Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
