Role Description
We are seeking a full-time BTL & Offline Marketing Manager to join our on-site team in Pune City. The role involves planning and executing Below The Line (BTL) marketing campaigns, managing offline promotional activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth implementation of localized marketing strategies. You will monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, oversee vendor management, and ensure alignment with the company’s brand objectives to create impactful and engaging customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in planning and executing BTL campaigns, event marketing, and brand activations.
- Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and performance evaluation methods.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Solid understanding of branding principles and offline marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven expertise in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.
