Job Title: Senior Manager / Head – BTL Marketing
Location: (Jalandhar / Punjab)
Experience: 10–20 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced BTL Marketing Leader to drive on-ground marketing strategies, lead large-scale activation campaigns, and ensure high-impact brand visibility and lead generation. This role requires strong execution capabilities, vendor management expertise, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. BTL Strategy & Planning
- Design and implement comprehensive BTL marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan region-wise and segment-specific activation campaigns
- Identify new avenues for offline customer acquisition and engagement
2. Campaign Execution
- Lead execution of on-ground activations including:
- Seminars, workshops, roadshows
- Campus activation drives
- Mall activations & corporate tie-ups
- Ensure timely delivery, branding consistency, and quality control
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Drive high-quality lead generation through BTL channels
- Collaborate with digital & admissions/sales teams for conversion tracking
- Monitor campaign ROI and optimize performance
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage agencies, event partners, and third-party vendors
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost optimization
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and local influencers
5. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives and field staff
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure execution excellence
- Build a high-performance, target-driven culture
6. Budgeting & ROI Management
- Plan and manage annual BTL budgets
- Track spend vs outcomes and ensure maximum ROI
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership review
7. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
- Use MIS dashboards to track:
- Lead funnel
- Cost per lead
- Conversion ratios
- Present reports to senior management
8. Brand Visibility & Partnerships
- Enhance brand presence through local partnerships & alliances
- Identify opportunities for co-branding and sponsorships

Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing (preferred)
- Graduation in any discipline
