Location: Hyderabad
Duration: 6 Months (Full-time, On-site)
Stipend: Fixed; to be determined through mutual discussion
Important Note
This is a field-intensive, on-ground role.
Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable working in the field regularly and are willing to travel within the city as required.
Role Overview
We are seeking a BTL Marketing Intern to support on-ground marketing initiatives focused on driving consumer engagement and brand awareness across key locations in Hyderabad.
This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world marketing execution, making it ideal for individuals who prefer practical learning over theoretical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-ground BTL activations, including sampling drives, kiosks, and promotional setups
- Conduct outreach and build partnerships across residential communities, corporate offices, and other high-footfall areas
- Engage directly with consumers to communicate product value and collect feedback
- Support offline campaigns, events, and brand promotions
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Manage on-ground logistics, including inventory and setup
- Track activities and share structured reports and insights
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in field environments
- Willingness to travel locally for activations
- Interest in marketing, brand promotions, or event execution
Preferred:
- Experience in college events, clubs, or student-led initiatives
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
