Role Overview
Looking to kickstart your career in marketing with real on-ground experience instead of just presentations and theory?
We’re hiring a BTL Marketing Intern to help us drive on-ground activations, consumer engagement, and brand awareness across key locations in Hyderabad.
If you enjoy interacting with people, being out in the field, and taking ownership, this role will give you hands-on exposure from day one.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute on-ground BTL activations like sampling drives, kiosks, and pop-ups
- Drive field outreach & partnerships across residential communities, corporate spaces, and other high-footfall areas
- Engage directly with consumers, pitch the product, and gather feedback
- Support offline campaigns, events, and brand promotions
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution
- Manage on-ground logistics, inventory, and setup
- Share insights and reports from activations
👀 Who Should Apply
- Freshers, recent graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Strong communicators who are comfortable talking to new people
- Proactive self-starters who take ownership and get things done
- People who enjoy field work, travel, and real-world marketing execution
- If you’ve been part of college fests, clubs, or event teams (Preferred)
- If you are from a bachelors in Marketing/Business administration or related background (Prefrerred)
✅ Requirements
- Available for a full-time, field-based internship
- Willing to travel locally for activations
- Interest in marketing, events, or brand promotions
- Comfortable working independently on-ground
