The OpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to plan and execute high-impact BTL and hybrid marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness, market penetration, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with educational institutions and partners, lead on-ground and virtual engagements, and take ownership of campaign performance with clear visibility into ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and lead acquisition
- Organize and manage on-ground activities such as college activations, university events, career fairs, educational fairs, and partner engagements
- Plan and execute webinars, selection drives, and other hybrid engagement initiatives to generate high-intent leads
- Establish clear campaign objectives and track performance with a strong focus on ROI
- Manage and optimize lead generation databases across multiple channels
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and workshops with educational institutions to promote offerings
Ideal Candidate Profile- Minimum 2+ years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably in EdTech or the education sector
- Experience managing or access to a relevant client/partner database
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns with a results-driven mindset
