Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BTL Marketing Executive based in Hyderabad. The BTL Marketing Executive will plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities include market research, creating promotional plans, managing sales campaigns, and ensuring successful engagement at a grassroots level through on-ground promotional activities and events. The role requires close coordination with team members to drive visibility and achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research techniques
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and engaging audiences
- Experience in Sales and driving marketing campaigns effectively
- Proven ability to develop and execute Marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent collaboration with team members
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in BTL marketing or a similar role is an advantage
