Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as BTL Marketing Executives. In this role, you will manage offline activations at malls and apartment communities to promote and sell our innovative STEM Kits for children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute stall activities at malls & apartment events
• Conduct live product demonstrations for parents and children
• Drive on-the-spot sales and generate leads
• Ensure strong brand representation during events
• Coordinate event logistics and manage product stock
• Maintain daily reports on sales and leads
Candidate Profile:
✔ Fresher (0–1 year experience)
✔ Strong Tamil communication skills
✔ Energetic, presentable, and target-driven
✔ Comfortable with field work and weekend events
