We are looking for an energetic and execution-focused BTL Marketing Executive to lead on-ground marketing activities for Elevate Home in Dwarka. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing society campaigns, pamphlet distribution drives, offline activations, and local promotional initiatives to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of BTL marketing activities in Dwarka
- Execute society marketing campaigns and apartment activations
- Coordinate pamphlet distribution activities with volunteers/promoters
- Plan and manage offline promotional initiatives and local brand activations
- Generate leads through on-ground engagement activities
- Build relationships with RWAs, societies, and local communities
- Track campaign performance and share execution reports
Mandatory Skills
- Basic spoken English communication
- Experience in offline event marketing
- Strong offline sales and marketing skills
- Good coordination and execution abilities
- Self-driven and proactive approach
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Comfortable with field work and local area marketing activities
- Prior experience in BTL or on-ground promotions preferred
