We’re looking for a high-energy, on-ground execution expert who can open corporate doors and convert footfall into business.
This role is for someone who thrives outside the office—planning, executing, and scaling BTL activities that directly drive customer acquisition.

Your Mission:- Plan & execute BTL marketing campaigns across target areas
- Organize health camps / activation drives inside corporates
- Leverage existing corporate connections to unlock new opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless on-ground execution
- Drive lead generation, footfall, and conversions from field activities
- Build a strong pipeline of corporate tie-ups for recurring activations
🎯
What We’re Looking For:- 3–8 years of experience in BTL / field marketing / corporate activations
- Strong network within corporates / HR / admin teams
- Proven track record of organizing successful on-ground campaigns or camps
- Highly proactive, street-smart, and execution-driven
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target-based roles
