Role Description

We are seeking a BTL Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The BTL Manager will oversee Below-the-Line (BTL) advertising campaigns, plan and execute promotional activities, manage vendor and client relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of projects within budget constraints. Key responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, negotiating with vendors, supervising field operations, and evaluating the effectiveness of advertising initiatives to drive brand visibility and business growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in BTL Advertising, RWA Activations, and Campaign Executions
• Strong Vendor Management, Client Servicing, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Budget Planning, Project Coordination, and Deadline Management
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Hands-on experience in the advertising or retail branding industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
