We’re looking for a BTL Growth & Partnership Manager — Assure by SolarSquare
At Assure by SolarSquare, we are building India’s most trusted service and maintenance brand for residential rooftop solar customers.
We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in offline growth, BTL marketing, customer acquisition, and partner-led market activation.
You will work on building scalable acquisition channels beyond standard digital campaigns and inside-sales efforts.
What you will work on
You will own and experiment with multiple growth avenues, including:
- BTL campaigns in high-potential markets
- Society, RWA, and community activations
- Customer education drives
- Channel and partner-led marketing
- On-ground brand visibility initiatives
- Field sales enablement and marketing collateral
- Local events and customer engagement activities
- Lead tracking, funnel measurement, and source-wise performance analysis
- Market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing
- You should be comfortable working closely with on-ground teams, understanding customer behavior, designing low-cost experiments, and scaling what works.
What we are looking for
You should have experience in one or more of these areas:
- BTL marketing
- Offline growth
- Partner or channel marketing
- Local market expansion
- Consumer durables, telecom, broadband, fintech, EV, solar, or similar service-led businesses
- You should be strong at execution, market understanding, partner coordination, campaign planning, and converting offline activity into measurable business growth.
Success metrics
- Qualified leads generated from offline channels
- Cost per qualified lead
- Lead-to-booking conversion
- Booking-to-payment conversion
- Revenue generated from BTL channels
- CAC efficiency
- Partner/source-wise performance tracking
- Repeatability of successful campaigns across markets
