Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BTL Advertising Specialist located in Meerut. The primary responsibilities include planning and executing below-the-line (BTL) advertising campaigns, managing promotional activities, coordinating with teams and vendors, and analyzing campaign effectiveness. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in BTL advertising, event management, and on-ground promotions
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management
- Proficiency in marketing campaign planning and execution
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost management for projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Prior work experience in advertising or marketing is an advantage
