To learn more about our company, visit www.btgpactual.com. We are currently seeking a talented Portfolio Solutions Analyst to join our team based in Miami, FL.

Key Responsabilities 

  • Assist in portfolio construction, asset allocation activities, and the overall investment process.

  • Monitor and support internal controls such as mandate adherence, performance tracking, risk exposures, liquidity/cash flow management, margin requirements, and trade execution workflows.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of critical post-trade processes, including trade lifecycle management, reconciliation routines, corporate action processing, and client asset movements.

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to strengthen operational consistency, accuracy, and control.

  • Help maintain adherence to U.S. regulatory standards applicable to broker-dealer and investment management operations, including SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory frameworks.

  • Interface with internal teams, external clients, trading desks, and back-office areas to ensure seamless end-to-end operational processes.

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives, particularly those related to integrating Brazilian operations with international platforms and expanding global capabilities.

  • Coordinate with Technology/IT teams on system enhancements, UAT testing, and implementation of new operational tools and technologies.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at boosting process efficiency, automation, and accuracy.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or economics
  • Institutional investment management or credit analysis experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to actively liaise internally with Partners, with our investors, and with third-party service providers.
  • Strong organizational abilities and file management
  • Microsoft office
  • Accurate and detailed oriented
  • Highly skills customer service
  • Familiar with Visual Basic Applications
  • Familiar with Microsoft Internal Programming language
  • Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred
