About the role
In this job, you'll be responsible for the test automation approach and methodology for quality assurance of BT/EE platform solutions. You'll provide technical leadership and strategic direction to automation or QA engineers, resolving the test project issues, and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback. You'll be critical in ensuring that test architecture and test plans are up to date relative to changes in the Digital landscape. You'll confidently lead and share knowledge with a team of engineers. You'll define the automation first approach within development sprints, identify issues with the manual activities whilst using your own initiative to find the right solution for any faults found in dev, test and production. You will also be responsible for implementing latest technology, in line with our continuous integration and delivery goals.
