Project managment professional

Experienced Project Management resource who has the experience in managing programs/projects that may involve a higher element of risk to business and require ability to use recognized project management methods and processes. The role has a high level of interaction with stakeholders and customers and has a direct impact on Customer outcomes and experience. What you'll be doing • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of mid to high complexity project as per scope, cost and time with highest quality. • Build and own client and stakeholder relationships at senior levels (CSD's, CDD's, Customer success and prime external customers as per equivalent hierarchy). • Create required project documentation and manage deliveries, creating project plan, communication plans, and milestone plans for end customers. • Manages project costs, deliverables, and resources in line with commitments, managing variances to agreed plans and manages risks within delivery. • Co-ordinate activities across multiple teams including the end customer to plan successful implementation of projects. Skills and experience • Comfortable operating at senior management levels - Building strong, influential relationships and shaping strategic initiatives to contribute to a step change in service. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Creative and innovative thinkers: Capable of supporting CFU and end customers' thinking at senior management levels. • Strong project delivery skills to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of mid to high complexity projects. • Requires experience working in collaboration with multiple/ wider teams to deliver projects successfully. • Ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies through the lifecycle of the project. • High degree of business and commercial acumen • Ability to take shared responsibility (with immediate manager and/or lead project manager of larger project) for volume, quality, timeliness of end results of specified projects at the account or business unit level. • Prince2 Practitioner or PMP preferred.
