Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager (BSM) located in Badaun. The BSM will oversee branch operations, drive sales of loan products, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, leading a team to achieve sales targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role demands effective leadership, customer engagement, and a focus on driving branch growth.
