Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

As a Relationship Manager on the Commercial Banking team at BSI Financial Services, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals. Responsibilities: - Proactively prospect and identify new commercial banking clients within an assigned territory - Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each client's unique financial situation and objectives - Recommend and structure appropriate commercial banking products and services to meet client needs - Manage a portfolio of commercial banking relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention - Partner with internal subject matter experts to provide clients with a comprehensive suite of banking and financial solutions - Identify and escalate potential credit, compliance, or reputational risks - Achieve annual sales and revenue targets Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a similar sales/relationship management role - Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including lending, treasury management, and cash flow solutions - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Proven ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
