Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BSc Nurse based in Puducherry. The BSc Nurse will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, recording medical histories, administering medications, assisting in medical procedures, and educating patients about healthcare practices. The role also involves coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment and optimizing patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in patient care, medical treatments, and administering medications.
- Proficiency in medical documentation, record-keeping, and communication with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to educate patients about post-treatment care, hygiene, and recovery processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, teamwork, and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification and valid licensing to practice in Puducherry.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Compassionate, patient, and highly attentive to details, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
