Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BSc fresher at Advance AgroLife Limited, located in Jaipur. The role involves assisting in day-to-day laboratory operations, supporting quality control and quality assurance processes, and participating in research and development activities. The candidate will work closely with technical teams to ensure compliance with procedures, contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation, and handle basic data entry and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of chemistry, biology, or agriculture-related streams
- Proficiency in laboratory procedures and research methodologies
- Experience or coursework in data collection and record-keeping
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and observational skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance practices is a plus
- BSc degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
