Essential skills:
Looking for a BSA
- At least 6 plus years of experience as a BSA
- Excellent Communication with the ability to interact directly with client for requirements elicitation and status updates
- Facilitate requirements analysis and gather requirements from various project stakeholders.
- Participate in design sessions, understanding Data Models and the Interfaces for APIs.
- Transform requirements into user stories and assist product owner in defining the Acceptance criteria.
- Creating requirements for building Rest API and User Interfaces
- Data analysis skill including creating/modifying SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Swagger and Test the request and response of source and targets for web services
- Support team members as required.
Knowledge of Banking Domain
- Hands on experience in creating requirements for API, UI
- Hands on experience in Postman API platform (analysis and testing of APIs)
- Hands on experience in Data Analysis by writing queries to pull data from database.
- Skilled at working in tandem with a team, or unsupervised as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specification stories into Jira.
- Plan Sprint stories for development, analysis and QA.
- Act as a liaison between business users, development team and other stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and business requirement documents (BRDs), release scope, LOB document.
- Support solution design by validating requirements and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Assist in project planning, scope definition, and change management, requests submissions etc.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT) documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivered solutions meet expected outcomes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress, milestones and insights
