Job Description Take ownership of an exciting digital transformation initiative at an established industry leader by implementing and managing their new Hubspot CRM system. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of client communications and database management for a respected company with thousands of high-value relationships. You'll work directly with leadership, including the owner and key decision-makers, to modernize their client engagement approach and establish efficient systems that will drive business growth. This position combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, allowing you to make a significant impact while working with a collaborative, family-oriented team. Responsibilities Spearhead the complete implementation and configuration of Hubspot CRM system Design and establish automated communication workflows for client engagement Manage and optimize a robust database of 2,000+ valuable client relationships Create and execute strategic email and messaging campaigns Develop efficient systems for appointment scheduling and follow-up processes Generate insightful reports and analytics to track engagement metrics Collaborate with team members across time zones to ensure seamless communication Maintain data integrity and database organization Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations Support occasional lead generation initiatives (approximately 5% of role) Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms Proven track record in successful CRM implementation projects Strong technical aptitude with ability to optimize system configurations Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated experience in managing large customer databases Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience with or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus Must be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM PT) Background in customer service or client relations preferred Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
