Contract type: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule:
Position 1: 32 hours per week; Sunday to Wednesday; 8 AM to 5 PM Israel time with 1 hour unpaid break
Position 2: 24 hours per week; Thursday to Saturday; 8 AM to 5 PM Israel time with 1 hour unpaid break
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct searches on airline websites to gather relevant flight data as needed.
Accurately input and organize flight-related information.
Ensure high-quality service by following internal guidelines and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve internal processes.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer support, travel assistance, or data research is preferred.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Ability to search, analyze, and extract data from airline websites efficiently.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
Familiarity with airline booking systems is an advantage but not required.
