Role in nutshell:
You will be the face of BrowserStack to prospects and customers to help go wider into accounts. As the first in-depth point of contact, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with new and existing customers.
Desired experience:
- 1-4 years of Sales/Business Development experience in B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal skills with a drive for results
- Passion for technology and the will to learn and grow
- Excel at developing relationships via collaboration
- International market experience(North America/APAC/EMEA)
What will you do?
- Customer Engagement: establish and drive engagement via different communication channels - zoom calls, emails, social media platforms, etc.
- Customer Advocacy: strong functional skills in identifying and qualifying prospects, and building awareness of BrowserStack
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborating with the sales team to drive the journey from a prospect to a customer
- Process Orientation: maintaining hygiene and discipline in execution
