About the role

Who Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 6+ years in ERP/CRM systems like Odoo, including project management, implementation, and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo, ERP, and CRM solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, gap analysis, and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Experience in end-user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
  • Adaptability to diverse business processes and client needs.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, & Other Business Applications
  • Meet with Client-side team members such as decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business requirements, do the business process mapping, and document all the requirements in detail without any ambiguity.
  • Able to do a Gap analysis between the client requirements and Browseinfo such as ERP, CRM, and/or other business applications.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Coordinate activities simultaneously for multiple projects.
  • Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers.
  • Planning and Collaborate with technical team to design solutions based on client’s business requirements.
  • Create in-depth implementation plans and implementation schedules for the development, testing teams & customers.
  • Collaborate and communicate with technical team to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
  • Keep the project within the scope, identify the proper change requests and versions of the scope of work & addendums.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
  • Uses ITPM Agile methodology effectively when performing all tasks.
  • End-user Training & Post Implementation helpdesk support for clients facing technical or functional issues with the software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to odoo such as ERP, CRM, and/or other business applications.
  • Review client projects on external servers (AWS, DigitalOcean etc), external server management, troubleshooting issues, setup and configuration.
  • Manage Projects on different versioning tool e.g Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket.
  • Manage Progress , database, Nginx, Database administration.
