- Improve category performance through SKU rationalization, vendor performance management, promotional effectiveness, and category reporting
- Build and execute category-level business plans that support revenue growth, gross margin expansion, inventory productivity, and customer experience
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of progressive product management, category management, merchandising, buying, or related commercial experience, including experience in the firearms, shooting sports, hunting, tactical, outdoor, hard goods, or related enthusiast industry
- Experience supporting product or category strategy across B2B and/or B2C channels
- Strong commercial, analytical, and financial acumen, including experience with sales, margin, pricing, promotions, inventory, and vendor performance
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, influence cross-functional partners, and make sound category decisions
- Experience working with ERP, PIM, merchandising, pricing, reporting, or inventory management systems
