High school graduate preferred; previous institutional dietary service experience preferred; ability to read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions in English; numerical ability; motor coordination and manual dexterity; ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, lift, carry, and manipulate food products and supplies; ability to lift, push, and carry 40 pounds with 2 hands and 20 pounds with 1 hand; ability to work with chemicals and cleaning agents; tolerance to temperature and humidity changes; free from infectious diseases.
