Summary: As the Cleaning Crew Leader, you would be responsible for the cleanliness of our beautiful historic lodge and maintain the cleanliness standard to ensure we are ready to receive guests each morning. Requirements
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Must be self-motivated
- Able to work late nights / early evenings
- Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has some supervisory responsibility in the winter months, overseeing other cleaning crew members.
Work Environment:
This job operates primarily indoors, routinely uses standard office cleaning equipment and supplies such as vacuum, mop, and cleaning solvents.
Physical Demands:
This is a physically active role requiring several hours of standing and bending. Must be able to lift and carry 10 lbs over even terrain.
