Brand 247 is Odisha's fastest-growing billboard and hoarding brokerage firm. We connect advertisers — real estate developers, FMCG brands, political campaigns, and local businesses — with premium outdoor advertising sites across Odisha. We operate from our office in Patia, Bhubaneswar, and are expanding aggressively across the state.
Key Responsibilities
▸ Own and drive the entire brokerage revenue pipeline — from lead generation to deal closure
▸ Build and manage relationships with key advertisers (builders, agencies, corporates, political clients)
▸ Oversee and guide the field sales team to hit monthly revenue targets
▸ Negotiate brokerage terms with both site owners and advertisers
▸ Develop rate cards, pitch decks, and proposals for potential clients
▸ Report weekly on pipeline, closures, and revenue forecast to the founder
▸ Identify high-value hoarding corridors across Bhubaneswar and plan expansion
What We're Looking For
▸ 3–6 years of experience in outdoor advertising, media sales, or real estate brokerage
▸ Proven track record of closing deals worth ₹50,000+ per month
▸ Strong local network with builders, marketing managers, and business owners in Bhubaneswar
▸ Comfortable with both field sales and managing a small team
▸ Based in Bhubaneswar or willing to relocate immediately
▸ Odia and english language proficiency strongly preferred
