Total Experience :6 years Description: Technical Skills: Broadcast Service Delivery
- Good Understanding of Department SKUs. Ingest, Playout & Distribution workflows and how they are used to deliver services Broadcast workflows, automation systems, content delivery. Cross Functional Collaboration
- Able to communicate promptly and effectively with internal teams & customers on operational matters Software
- Good Proficiency in using Amagi/3rd party software & other applications used for service delivery of MS services (ex CP, Skynet, TAG, MC, Zixi) Demonstrable ability to lead 1st line troubleshooting using these applications Problem Solving
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable actions Operational Processes
