Job Title: BRM Developer
Experience: 6–10 Years

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced BRM Developer with strong expertise in Oracle BRM, ECE, and PDC along with solid knowledge of BSS/OSS telecom billing systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Oracle BRM modules including Subscription Management, Billing & Invoicing, Payments, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Integrations.
- Convert business requirements into functional and low-level technical designs.
- Perform policy customization using PCM C / PCM Java.
- Configure products using PDC and manage real-time and batch rating.
- Implement configurations for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Payment Handling, Taxation, Discount Configuration, and Invoicing Customization.
- Develop and maintain MTAs (Multi-Threaded Applications).
- Participate in POCs and solution validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful BRM implementation and integration.
Mandatory Skills:
- 6+ years experience in Oracle BRM/ECE/PDC implementations.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Java.
- Experience with Oracle 12c/19c and PL/SQL.
- Experience with PCM Java, BRM Webservices, Perl/Python scripting.
- Strong understanding of BRM architecture and configurations.
- Experience in Real-time / Offline Rating, Product Configuration (PDC), Discount Configuration, Taxation, and Invoicing Customization.
- Exposure to version control tools like Git, SVN, CVS.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira or Redmine.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Convergent Billing systems.
- Experience with Prepaid/Postpaid billing for Broadband, Wireless Voice, SMS, and Data services.
- Exposure to BRM Cloud Native Environment (CNE).
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
