Program Objectives: Develop future business leaders and technical specialists in key strategic areas: Digital Transformation, Risk, Finance, Actuarial, Customer Experience, AI, and Business Development. Create a robust leadership and talent pipeline for sustained organizational growth. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-centricity. Provide graduates with hands-on experience through rotational business exposure. Enhance employee engagement and employer branding by continuing to position Britam as a Top Employer in Africa. Eligibility Criteria: A university degree in any of the following areas: Business-Related Fields, Technology and Data Science, Engineering, Health and Sciences, Arts, and Social Sciences, with at least a Second-Class Upper Division or equivalent. Graduated within the last two years or completed coursework and is awaiting graduation in 2025. An overall High School/Secondary grade of B+ and above or equivalent.
