BMS invests billions of dollars in clinical research every year, technology and the use of internal and external data expertise and excellence are critical for that investment to translate into new medicines that improve patient's lives The Senior Data Product Analyst, Worldwide Patient Safety & Global Regulatory Sciences - Data & Analytics will report to the Associate Director, Global Drug Development, Worldwide Patient Safety & Global Regulatory Sciences - Data & Analytics and will be responsible for detailed analysis of the business requirements, create and propose effective design architecture, plan and curate data models as needed and develop efficient solution mechanism catering to Data Engineering and Analytics leveraging AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, Step functions/Airflow, Cloud Formation template, Python, Spark, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, etc. The candidate is expected to be well conversant with the DevOps concepts as well as in sync with Agile methodology. The candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive our business strategy and decision-making processes. It is imperative to possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to analyzing data and identifying growth opportunities. The incumbent will work closely with the Drug Development Business and IT colleagues in Hyderabad and globally as part of global IT product teams. The role involves exploring new technologies and identifying scalable solutions aligned with business priorities and IT product roadmaps. Effective teamwork, collaboration, and communication across the global product team will be essential, as well as fostering a learning culture and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
