About the role

As the Associate Director, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide EPM solutions to support strategic business decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with global business partners to understand their requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Lead the design and development of EPM solutions, including dashboards, reports, and analytic models, to enhance business performance management and decision-making - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define EPM requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure solutions meet their needs - Manage the implementation of EPM solutions, including coordination with IT, data, and reporting teams - Continuously evaluate and enhance EPM solutions to optimize performance and user experience - Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on EPM best practices and emerging trends - Mentor and develop the EPM team to build capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in enterprise performance management, business intelligence, or analytics - Strong understanding of EPM concepts, tools, and technologies - Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective EPM solutions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders - Project management skills to lead the successful implementation of EPM initiatives - Proficient in data visualization, reporting, and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred
