UI/UX Designer (Fresher – 1 Year Experience)Requirements:✓ 0–1 year of experience in UI/UX design or relevant internships/projects.✓ Basic understanding of UX principles, wireframing, user flows, and UI design fundamentals.✓ Strong visual sense with an understanding of layout, color, typography, and basic interface elements.✓ A portfolio showcasing academic projects, personal projects, case studies, or internship work in UI/UX.✓ Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.✓ Ability to create simple wireframes, user flows, and mockups under guidance.✓ Willingness to take ownership of tasks and learn quickly while delivering clean, user-friendly designs.✓ Good communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.Good to Have:Exposure to creating interactive prototypes Basic animations/micro-interactions.
