PRICING ANALYST INTERN

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This role involves conducting thorough research and analysis on property pricing, ensuring accurate and timely data to support our acquisition process. Recent graduates or final-year students looking for internships in related fields such as Engineering, Commerce, or Real Estate are encouraged to apply. If you are passionate about data analysis, research, and continuous learning, and if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where tangible results are valued, then you are exactly who we are looking for KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform comparable analysis for individual properties, portfolios, and large acreages with subdivision potential Ensure timely turnaround of analysis, typically within 36 hours Collaborate with the Head of Due Diligence to provide updates, seek inputs, and perform daily tasks Keep the team informed of progress to facilitate swift decision-making Other tasks, as required DESIRED EXPERIENCE Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or any other related real estate field Preferable to have one year of experience in research and analysis Proficiency in handling large volumes of data using MS Excel or Google Suite DESIRED SKILLS Strong typing skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets Proficient in mathematical calculations Eye for detail and strong organizational abilities Quick learner and collaborative team player Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely PERKS 3 months unpaid internship 100% remote work environment Generous holidays Options for full-time or part-time internship Comprehensive training program to enhance your skills and set yourself up for success WORK REQUIREMENTS Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours, with the possibility of working on weekends if necessary Must have their own laptop with fast internet and power backup
