<strong>About the Role:</strong><br> Make a real impact every day. Join BrightStar Care as a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) and provide dedicated, one-on-one care to a child in the comfort of their home Monday to Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm. You’ll play a vital role in supporting both the patient and their family while delivering compassionate, high-quality care. <br><br>

<strong>What You'll Do:</strong><br>• Administer medications and treatments (within RN scope)<br>• Monitor vital signs and patient condition<br>• Provide pediatric care (including G-tube care)<br>• Support and educate families on care plans<br>• Collaborate with RNs and care teams<br>• Document care and maintain accurate records<br>• Follow individualized care plans<br>• Report changes in patient condition promptly<br>• Participate in training and development<br><br>

<strong>What We're Looking For:</strong><br>• Active California RN license<br>• 1+ year pediatric or home health experience (preferred)<br>• BLS certification<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br>• Compassionate and patient-focused<br>• EMR experience preferred<br>• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours<br><br>
