No rushed hospital shifts—just focused care and real connections.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Administer IV therapies (medications, fluids, specialty infusions) </li>
<li> Monitor patients and respond to any reactions or concerns </li>
<li> Perform assessments (vitals, infusion sites, overall health) </li>
<li> Educate patients & families so they feel confident and supported </li>
<li> Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists & care teams </li>
<li> Keep clear, accurate documentation (EMR) </li>
<li> Ensure safety, infection control, and best practices at all times </li>
</ul><div><strong> What You Bring:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Active California RN license </li>
<li> 2+ years nursing experience (infusion/home health a big plus!) </li>
<li> Strong IV and clinical skills </li>
<li> BLS required (ACLS preferred) </li>
<li> Confidence working independently </li>
<li> Great communication & patient-first mindset </li>
<li> Reliable transportation for home visits </li>
