</div><div>Job Summary:<br>BrightStar Care is currently hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home, support to our client in the East Columbus area. This position involves assisting individuals with personal care and daily tasks in their home environment. You would have the same day shift schedule every week </div><div>Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting</li>
<li>Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment</li>
<li>Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation</li>
<li>Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisors</li>
<li>Follow client-specific care plans and documentation procedures</li>
</ul><div>Requirements:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or related field</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening</li>
<li>Reliable, professional, and able to work independently</li>
