<strong>Schedule<br></strong><br>

<li><strong>Tuesday & Friday</strong></li>
<li>
<strong>10:00 AM – 2:00 PM</strong> (8 hours/week) </li>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assist with <strong>Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)</strong> including bathing, dressing, and grooming </li>
<li> Provide <strong>mobility assistance</strong> and maintain a safe home environment </li>
<li> Perform <strong>light housekeeping</strong>, meal preparation, and basic errands </li>
<li> Observe and report changes in client condition </li>
<li> Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation </li>
<li> Provide companionship and support daily routines </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Minimum <strong>1 year of home care, home health, or caregiving experience</strong>
</li>
<li> Valid driver’s license and <strong>reliable transportation</strong>
</li>
<li> Ability to pass <strong>background check and drug screening</strong>
</li>
<li> Dependable, professional, and able to work independently </li>
<li> Strong communication and time management skills </li>
